Privacy Policy

What HODLKAGE may collect, why it is used, what is public on-chain, and what choices users have.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to HODLKAGE websites, app screens, APIs, tier systems, activity logs, and support communications. Public blockchain activity is not controlled by this policy because it is recorded on networks outside HODLKAGE's control.

2. Information We May Collect

  • Wallet address and public wallet state when you connect Phantom or another supported wallet.
  • Public blockchain data related to HODL Mode commitments, asset balances, mints, transaction signatures, lock times, unlock times, and commitment accounts.
  • Tier, tutorial, leaderboard, and activity-log records connected to a wallet address.
  • Asset symbols, amounts, estimated USD values, maturity status, and calculated tier estimates.
  • Local app state such as tutorial completion or login state stored in the browser.
  • Technical data such as API errors, device/browser type, timestamps, request metadata, and security logs.
  • Support information you choose to send, such as email address, screenshots, wallet address, or issue description.

3. Information We Do Not Want

HODLKAGE does not need your seed phrase, private key, password, one-time code, full legal identity, payment card number, or government ID to use the core app. Never send secret wallet recovery information to HODLKAGE or anyone claiming to represent HODLKAGE.

4. How We Use Information

  • Operate wallet login, portfolio views, asset selection, HODL Mode commitments, unlock flows, tiers, leaderboards, and tutorial bonuses.
  • Calculate estimated, pending, projected, completed, and cumulative tier records.
  • Record product activity such as commitment creation, maturity, unlock attempts, tier changes, and tutorial bonuses.
  • Debug errors, detect abuse, protect the Service, and improve reliability.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate about security, policy, or product changes.
  • Comply with applicable law, legal process, or platform safety requirements.

5. Public Blockchain Data

Solana transactions and account state are public by design. Anyone may be able to see transaction signatures, asset mints, wallet addresses, balances, program accounts, and timestamps through explorers, RPC providers, indexers, or analytics tools.

Disconnecting your wallet, clearing browser storage, or requesting deletion from HODLKAGE cannot delete public blockchain records.

6. Sharing

HODLKAGE may share information with service providers that help operate APIs, hosting, analytics, security, support, RPC access, asset data, and wallet or transaction infrastructure (including Phantom, Jupiter, and Jupiter Lock). Those providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

HODLKAGE may also share information if required by law, to protect users or the Service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or asset transfer.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

The app may use browser local storage to remember wallet login state, tutorial completion, UI preferences, and similar product state. Clearing browser storage may reset parts of the app experience but will not alter on-chain commitments.

8. Retention

HODLKAGE keeps off-chain records for as long as needed to operate the Service, maintain tier history, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, comply with law, and improve the product. On-chain data may remain available indefinitely on public networks.

9. Security

HODLKAGE uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for off-chain data, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for wallet security, device security, wallet extensions, seed phrases, and transaction review.

10. Your Choices

  • You can disconnect your wallet from the app or through your wallet extension.
  • You can clear local browser storage to remove local app state.
  • You can contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of off-chain records where feasible.
  • You cannot delete public blockchain records through HODLKAGE.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and HODLKAGE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support@hodlkage.com.

12. International Use

If you access HODLKAGE from outside the country where its infrastructure or team operates, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
