Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing HODLKAGE, connecting a wallet, entering HODL Mode, viewing market data, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HODLKAGE may update these Terms as the product, smart contracts, supported assets, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What HODLKAGE Does

HODLKAGE provides a behavioral investing interface on Solana. The Service lets you connect a Solana wallet, view supported on-chain assets (tokenized stocks, tokenized ETFs, blue-chip crypto, and supported Solana ecosystem assets), buy them through Jupiter, enter HODL Mode to create on-chain holding commitments via Jupiter Lock, and track your active and completed commitments.

The Service may also display market data, estimated prices, portfolio balances, commitment status, holding-period progress, discipline-tier records, activity logs, and educational content. These features are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.

3. Not Financial Advice

HODLKAGE is not an investment adviser, broker, exchange, bank, custodian, tax adviser, or legal adviser. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Any text about holding, discipline, tiers, commitments, or assets is product language — not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, commit, or avoid any asset.

4. Eligibility

• You must be able to form a binding agreement and comply with the laws that apply to you.
• You may not use the Service if you are barred by sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions.
• You are responsible for determining whether using the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• The Service is not directed to children and should not be used by anyone under 18.

5. Non-Custodial Architecture

HODLKAGE is non-custodial. The Service does not ask for, receive, store, or control your private keys or seed phrase. Your wallet signs messages and transactions locally through your wallet provider (e.g. Phantom).

A login signature is intended to prove that you control a wallet address; it should not transfer tokens by itself. A transaction signature is different and may create accounts, transfer tokens, swap, commit, unlock, or interact with programs. Always review wallet prompts carefully before signing.

Disconnecting your wallet, logging out of the interface, clearing local storage, or closing the browser only changes the local interface. It does not alter on-chain commitment state, maturity time, token accounts, or transaction history.

6. What HODLKAGE Cannot Do

• HODLKAGE cannot sign wallet transactions for you.
• HODLKAGE cannot bypass a maturity time because the market moved.
• HODLKAGE cannot reverse or cancel a confirmed Solana transaction.
• HODLKAGE cannot recover a lost seed phrase, a compromised wallet, a wrong transfer, or a malicious approval.
• HODLKAGE cannot guarantee that every wallet, RPC provider, asset, or third-party service will work.

7. HODL Mode and Holding Periods

HODL Mode creates an on-chain commitment via Jupiter Lock. The commitment locks selected assets in a program-controlled account until the maturity time encoded in the transaction. While committed, you may be unable to sell, transfer, swap, or otherwise use those assets.

If market prices fall, liquidity disappears, an asset issuer fails, or your personal situation changes during the commitment, HODLKAGE may still be unable to unlock the asset early. Choose a holding period you can live with.

8. Discipline Tiers

Discipline tiers are an off-chain product score that reflects cumulative completed HODL Mode commitments tied to your wallet. They are used for tier display, profile progress, activity history, and leaderboard-style displays.

Tiers are not money, not equity, not a claim on revenue, and not a guarantee of any future token, reward, airdrop, return, profit, or economic benefit. Active commitments may show projected progress; final tier credit is intended to apply after the commitment matures and completion is recorded.

HODLKAGE may change, pause, recalculate, or discontinue tier, tutorial, or leaderboard mechanics to address bugs, abuse, security issues, regulatory issues, or product changes.

9. Third-Party Services and Data

The Service relies on Phantom (wallet access), Jupiter (swap execution), Jupiter Lock (on-chain commitment), Solana RPC providers, token lists, price APIs, hosted images, explorers, and other third-party systems. HODLKAGE does not control those systems and is not responsible for their uptime, accuracy, security, policies, or decisions.

Asset symbols, prices, logos, market labels, and rankings can be wrong, delayed, or manipulated. Always verify important information independently.

10. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, phishing, malware, or other unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to exploit, attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service, smart contracts, APIs, or other users.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, eligibility, ownership of a wallet, or relationship with HODLKAGE.
• Do not use automated activity to farm tier records, abuse tutorials, distort leaderboards, or bypass product rules.

11. Intellectual Property

HODLKAGE's name, interface, artwork, copy, code, designs, and product mechanics are owned by HODLKAGE or its licensors, except for open-source components or third-party materials. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or an applicable license.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HODLKAGE disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

HODLKAGE does not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every wallet or asset, or free from smart contract, oracle, RPC, indexing, or user-interface errors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HODLKAGE will not be liable for lost profits, lost assets, lost opportunities, market losses, data loss, business interruption, special damages, indirect damages, consequential damages, or damages caused by third-party services, blockchain networks, wallet behavior, or user-signed transactions.

14. Suspension and Changes

HODLKAGE may suspend, restrict, or change access to the Service for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product reasons. Some on-chain commitments may remain governed by smart contract rules even if the interface is unavailable.
